At Harold Q, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of office chairs and related products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, this policy explains how you can return a product and request a refund.
Returns
You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are:
- In their original condition and packaging.
- Unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and accessories.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or color, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
- Customized or personalized products
Shipping Costs for Returns
- For returns due to customer preference, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Harold Q will cover the return shipping costs.
